  • Transit Time: Orders are delivered within 8–11 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00pm (EST) (Monday - Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–14 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Information

Shipping Methods & Carriers: We use couriers including USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx, the service used will depend on shipping location and the order size.

Shipping Rates:

Standard US shipping is $5.99. Orders over $99 are Free Shipping.

Delivery Locations: We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to modify your order? Contact us at hello@oliverfenwick.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Refunds are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
