Refund policy
At Oliver Fenwick, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return or request a refund, our policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent. These terms apply to all orders.
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or an error occurred on our part. A prepaid label is not provided. Please send your return using a reliable, trackable shipping service.
There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@oliverfenwick.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged items)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns should be sent to our Wilmington, DE address unless otherwise specified in your return authorization email. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 30 days of delivery) at hello@oliverfenwick.com with:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please notify us when starting your return request.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or the wrong product was sent.
There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@oliverfenwick.com to request a cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled; however, you may follow our standard 30-day return process once the package arrives.
Discount & Promotional Items
- Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at checkout.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused or expired discounts.
- Clearance or final-sale items may not be eligible for returns unless faulty.
